Saoirse Ronan
Saoirse Ronan (pronounced sir-sha) first caught my attention back in 2011 when she was in the movie Hanna (if you haven’t seen it already make sure you do!) She was quite intriguing back then – a little known teenage actress with an untainted smile and air of innocence about her. Today her candid expression remains, yet as soon as she is put in front of the camera she transforms like a chameleon to fit her surroundings. And it seems as though I haven’t been the only one to take note of her powerful gaze. In the past year we have seen her in both US and UK Vogue, and also US InStyle. To add to her already excitingly strong editorial portfolio, this month Rankin shot her for the cover of Dazed and Confused as a clinical ice queen. Can you believe she is only 18?!

Look!! Selena in Osman
If you cast your eyes further back down my blog, you’ll see
the picture I caught of this gorgeous embroidered dress from Osman’s AW13
collection whilst in Paris. What a pleasant surprise to read on twitter this
week that Selena Gomez wore the exact same sample to the Spring Breakers Conference earlier this week. On the
back of all the hype the designer got on twitter last weekend for Kristen
Stewart wearing a top and shorts combo from his resort collection, I think 2013
has great things in store for him. Well done Os!

(the accidentally monochrome) SS13 Shoe Edit
I'm going to be the first to admit it - I LOVE that it is acceptable to now wear a pair of Nike / New Balance trainers with an outfit that should be completed with a smart brogue or heeled boot. I've been living in shirts paired with tailored trousers and my Nike Air's for the past month and it has been delightful.
However comfort will never prevail over the must have heels of the season! Here are my top picks - which are your faves?
1. Alexander Wang
2. Bionda Castana
3. Balmain
4. Fendi
SO MUCH SHOE LOVE!!

Raqib Shaw
Last weekend I spent a rainy Saturday at an exhibition by artist Raqib Shaw.
His work is quite spectacular (unfortunately my pictures do not do it justice in the slightest) - intricate detailing created with the use of strong opulent colours, yet it is intriguing more than overpowering. His paintings symbolise what chaos the world would be like in the absence of a god, something which is thought provoking and a conversation starter whether you are religious or not.
If you are interested in art he is definitely someone to keep on your radar.

#PFW
It was lovely to go back to Paris for fashion week again. It really is one of my favourite cities - for it's style, it's food, its architecture and general French ambience. Here are some snaps I took along the way...
